Until now, researchers had seen the phenomenon in simulations, but after observing the spiral galaxy NGC 4921 they may now have proof that it happens. The scientists made the observations using the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) observatory in Chile, and their results are due to be published in The Astrophysical Journal. The lead author is William Cramer, an astronomer at Arizona State University. When a galaxy moves through space, it experiences an effect known as ram pressure stripping, in which gas gets stripped away from the galaxy by a sort of cosmic wind that exists in between it and other galaxies....

Techland’s latest zombie action RPG is a sequel to the popular first Dying Light game. As one of the most anticipated games of the first half of 2022, Dying Light 2 has sold well, meaning that there are plenty of players waiting for bugs to be fixed. Now though, some of these bugs are allegedly being fixed by the developer. In the original Dying Light, the main two factions were survivors inside The Tower and Rai’s Gang. The job posting is for an MMO Web Architect who will be working on an unnanounced game at EA’s Redwood City, CA headquarters. The prospect might sound like a perfect opportunity for a proven architect with experience in the MMO field to step forward and help assist EA with a project they think is going to be big....

The country announced it would look to enforce the fine earlier this month, with the Dutch Government revealing to EA that it will have to remove its FIFA Ultimate Team packs from FIFA 19, 20, and 21 in the Netherlands. If the company refuses, it will be fined a weekly charge of €250,000, eventually reaching up to €5 Million. Starting in 2015 with Star Wars Battlefront, players began to realize that EA may not have been the best fit for the license, with Battlefront seeming a bit light on content and paid DLC being released soon after. Epic Games detailed the new mode for Gears of War 3 behind closed doors during E3 2011, and we managed to sneak in and check it out.
