There are many other objects, like the binoculars in Dying Light, that require players to search the map as part of a mission. When it comes to finding lavender herbs, knowing where (and how) to look is half that battle. With a little focus, players should be able to locate and collect them in no time.

Where to Find Lavender Herbs

Lavender herbs can be found near the slums. To the east, there is a cluster of rock islands where the lavender herbs grow. They are past the barge and should be relatively easy to spot in the daylight. Players who are taking advantage of Dying Light’s co-op might find it especially easy to find and search these islands. Once there, players can use the ‘survivor’s sense’ ability to look for the lavender herbs. In order to finish the quest that involves them, players will need to find and collect six lavender herbs.

Once all the herbs have been collected, gamers can make their way back to Toygar for a reward of XP and $1,000. Unlike some of Dying Light’s DLC content, the mission involving lavender herbs isn’t very complicated. Rather, it requires players to be dedicated and use their knowledge of the world of Dying Light to discover their needed materials. More than anything else, activities like the lavender herbs mission simply allow players to gain money and points to be used for other in-game items and events.

With the success of future content is unknowable, now is still a great time to get back into Dying Light and experience the story and gameplay that launched an epic franchise. Those players who are looking to find lavender herbs, and complete the additional content in Dying Light, should know that the game rewards dedication and passion, two things that fans are certainly to bring to the future of the franchise. Until then, though, fans and new players will continue to engage in the amazing content that has come from Dying Light.

Dying Light is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S.
